Greetings <br> <br> The State of Jefferson band is moving forward with their ongoing public service and community enhancement projects in southern Oregon and northern California communities.The group is proud to announce the Jefferson State Music Festival and Hemp Expo's partnership with The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation. The THC Foundation has helped over 100,000 patients in nine states obtain a permit to legally possess, use and grow medical marijuana. <br> <br> This years JS Music Fest and Hemp Expo is presented by The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation. www.thc-foundation.org <br> It is great working with THCF. They are an important organization in the Hemp and Marijuana reform movement. The Hemp Expo organizers have been inspired in part by THCF sponsored events such as the Seattle Hempfest and the Portland Hempstalk. These events provide great outlets for citizens to express themselves in a public forum that is generally not accessible to them.
